Hello@all,
I made public the most important rule for the 2nd ISCC (10/01/02 -
12/31/02): Not to submit entries which were made public on the internet
before Sep 1st 02.

The complete rules and informations you get -like last year- on Oct 1st
It would be nice if there could are twice as much entries as last year (~300
instead of ~150). Do you think it's possible?
