Hi,

My castle is almost 3 feet high and has octogonal middle tiers
(http://members.home.net/bhamilto1/l1castle.htm)

My Eiffel Tower has 4 sides, but they are bent progressively upwards (See
the bottom of it here: http://members.home.net/bhamilto1/city2/top.htm and
the top of it here: http://members.home.net/bhamilto1/city2/overall.htm )

My new police station is 3 feet high (12 stories), although I don't yet have
any pictures posted. It also takes up the largest square footage at the base
(roughly 2x2 base plates).  It tapers to a small tower on the upper 6
stories.

Hi Brad!  Thanks for the
compliment.  I like your town pics.
Have you made any
non-orthogonal designs (non
90degree)?  My station is
octagonal (not the top) and almost
5 ft high on a 3.25" base.  (it was
a  CLSoW last August) Just
wondering what the tallest thing
you made was.

I like it.

I used some UFO round pieces on the top of my second space station. • You
can
see a write-up about it at:

When the UFO stuff first came out, I scoffed at them (because I'm more • into
town than space).

However, I decided that I wanted to build a merry-go-round and the • circular
pieces would make a good top.

So, I bought two UFO sets.

I never was able to get a merry-go-round I was happy with, but I've • used
the
UFO pieces on a lot of different buildings as canopies.

I sanded down some of the gray round pieces (and later used "Brasso" • with
much better results) to get rid of the stupid graphics.

Here is a use of the round gray pieces (see the 2nd picture on the • page):
http://members.home.net/bhamilto1/city2/aquarium.htm

Here is a use of the clear round pieces ( see the blue hotel on the • left):
http://members.home.net/bhamilto1/city2/top.htm

There are a few other examples on my web site.

Has anyone else made use of these?
