Hello everyone,
I'm quite new to LUGNET, and I'm excited about getting back into castles. My
two favorite sets ever were <set:6074> Black Falcon's Fortress and <set:6066>
Camouflaged Outpost, and I can't wait until I have the time and resources to
build a giant castle. I may have to wait until I graduate college, but it'll be
worth it ;)
I was looking at some of the resources online and couldn't find much in the way
of guides to medieval castle architecture. I've looked at a few of the castles
I could find on brickshelf, and looked at all of Bob Carney's awesome castles
and came up with a few ideas. Does anyone have a more comprehensive directory
of things people have done with their lego castles?
The one really good site I found is
http://www.castles-of-britain.com/castle6.htm. Lots of information on the
features of a working castle. Great reference.
