I like the idea that it is inspired by, but better than the LEGO Metro Station.
Very nice.

That's quite a solid looking blue station, and BIG.

I like the accessibility.

Thanks! Two great responses from two great minds. And I haven't put in the
itty-bitty details yet, like lamp-posts, (I only have 2 "real" lamp-post, and
they are pink, so I've had to go with a Technic approximation), and crows- • nest
wood-tub flower containers... etc. Not too mention the inside food counter • and
the ticket window. I still need waiting room chairs in there...

Lampposts... blue... ah yes, take a look at this:

Certainly might be worth picking up a few copies, especially since lampposts
tend
to sell for so much anyway.

Yes.. very nice, but un-obtainable at this time. I'm using, (from the bottom
up,) a 2x2 round gray plate, 3 full on brick Techic bushings pushed onto a 10
brick long Technic axle, with a 2x2 round trans-yellow brick, with a gray
radar dish to cap the whole thing off. It is not too dis-simular to the "real"
lamp-post in height and general appearance. At least, to me it's not. You'll
have to make your own to decide, or come back in a couple hours and see the
final pictures.
