The Potomac Mills Lego Outlet store in Virginia has on display models of the
Capitol, White House, Jefferson Memorial, and Lincoln Memorial. I do not
know if any other D.C. buildings have been done (or are planned) but those
four are the only ones currently on display at that store.

On the Ultimate LEGO Book on pages 102-103 it shows the US Capitol out of 1.6 Million LEGO bricks, as well as the Jefferson Memorial, and the Old Post Office, now a shopping center.
