Hi Amy,
Just in contrast, I've had about 7 or 8 boxes shipped to me from S@H
in the past month or two. They were shipped Canada Post parcel post,
which is basically "regular" shipping. One of them arrived scuffed,
as if something dirty or greasy had brushed against it in one spot.
The remainder were immaculate; you couldn't tell they'd even been
shipped. I did considerably more damage to them in the process of
removing the tape to get them open :)
You might have cause to complain to UPS, regardless of how poorly
packed the boxes were...
