Hi Amy,

Just in contrast, I've had about 7 or 8 boxes shipped to me from S@H
in the past month or two.  They were shipped Canada Post parcel post,
which is basically "regular" shipping.  One of them arrived scuffed,
as if something dirty or greasy had brushed against it in one spot.
The remainder were immaculate; you couldn't tell they'd even been
shipped.  I did considerably more damage to them in the process of
removing the tape to get them open :)

You might have cause to complain to UPS, regardless of how poorly
packed the boxes were...

Regards,
Jeff Elliott

I was supposed to receive a package from LEGO shop-at-home today

and are sending it back to the shipper for inspection.

UPS delivered the package rather than sending it back. The box is crushed, and
torn on three seams, but the contents seem to be intact. In all fairness to UPS
this package was poorly packed.

3000 windows is sure a pretty sight :-)
