I think it looks gaudy.

If you don't like the colors, you might try hacking the model files to
change the color values.  There's a 0 COLOR meta-statement, which allows
you to assign any RGB value to any color-code.  This includes transparency
and dithering treatments. :)

0 COLOR is documented in the LDLite 1.6 html doc-file.

I don't remember if L3P recognizes the 0 COLOR statement or not, but if it
doesn't, you'd have to modify the POV-Ray file(s) (written by L3P) the same
way.

A couple people requested a more accurate color scheme for my St Marks Cathedral model. I went back and looked at my photos and the real building, is, in fact, quite colorful.
