Move over Mies van der Rohe!  Nice little project, Bram.

Good luck with your class.  Are you planning on going into Architecture, or
is this just fun class?

I'm taking an architecture class this semester, so for my first project*, • I
created a fairly scale (1 ft=1 stud) LEGO version of my design:

The dark gray is meant to be a 4x4 grid of stone slabs, brown is brick, • light
gray is concrete, and green is grass.
Please LMKWYT!

*Project program:
1. 200 - 500 square feet (on a 40ft x 60ft plot)
2. Provide a sense of enclosure literal or implied
3. Facilitate data or orientation
4. Water

My interpretation is a combination news kiosk/snack stand/bus • stop/fountain.
(Sorry, I forgot/was too lazy to add in the benches, a planter, and a few • big
trees)

(...) Heh, not quite :) (...) Thanks! (...) I'm more interested in Industrial Design than architecture, but this is as close as the classes offered at CWRU came...I may minor or double major in Art Studio or Pre-Architecture though--I'm having fun (...)
