I was having a conversation with Frank Filz the other day and we somehow got on
the topic of building a LEGO Chandelier to minifig scale. Well, I went and did
it. There are a couple of pictures of the rough draft model here:

The model works, and can be hung with a LEGO light brick at the top, which
lights the Chandelier via Fiber Optic lines. It doesn't have much throw, and
it looks pretty clunky in its first revision, but I think it does get the idea
across.
Let me know what you think. I'd love to see someone take this basic idea and
make a more elegant solution.
