i’m often asked if what i build is my “dream home”.
i have to say that parts of each building have something
i’d love to experience living in.

| | the two-leveled luxury bathroom features double sinks, toilet,
bidet, jacuzzi bath accessed from both levels, a reading/lounging
area and a huge shower area. the shower wall features an aquarium
- i can only imagine the fish’s reaction to its view. the hand painted
panels were done by lug member, norbert black, they have been
used often in a few of my mocs.

a friend pointed out that no luxury bathroom would have a scale in it. what was
i thinking?!! i’ll have to remove it.
the moc was built as the starting point for a new house but it hasn’t happened
yet. not sure that it will.
