Hi,

while I do not know the original building, I particularly like the way you did the roof construction, as that is an approach that I have been considering for my buildings for quite some time.

The obvious drawback is that you can only build straight roof sides this way, which somewhat limits the use (otherwise it would be great since it saves buying tons of slopes) - anyway, very useful where it fits right.

Great work.

Jerry

This is a scale model of the Grand Traverse Lighthouse, which is at the tip of the Leelananu Peninsula in Michigan's lower peninsula, at the mouth of Lake Michigan's Grand Traverse Bay. The nearest town is Northport (Sutton's Bay, Traverse City). (...) (16 years ago, 1-Jul-08, to lugnet.build.arch, lugnet.announce.moc, FTX)
