Hello!
I like that cathedral. It captures the Gothic building style very well. So I
like it both for its architectuural appearance and its more traditional LEGO
building style. The choice of red bricks certainly was due to their availabilty
but others would have chosen grey. Or even tan. Chosing the (the) standard
colour gives the building the feeling of "the old days".
Your cathedral deserved better pictures, though....

| Well I have been working on and off on this since 1996, so it is about time I posted some pictures.... but my Gothic Cathedral is (relatively) complete. With 20,000 pieces, the cathedral is based on a composite of 4 European cathedrals (that I have (...) (20 years ago, 10-Aug-05, to lugnet.build.arch, lugnet.general) !
