Gives a bit the impression as if they are lifting the part
above them I think. Battle droids are very useable for such
a pose, this would be much harder with a minifig as statuary.

One suggestion - the arch would look more proportional to
me if it was one "section" higher.  Right now it looks rather
low in relation to its width.

After looking some at my creation I agree with you. I guess
I'll have to fiddle around some with it to see if I can improve
it.
