After looking at James' solution, I came up with a variation here:

The only thing that isn't obvious is that the element directly under the upside
down arch (which is a 2x6 plate).  That connects to the top techic plate and on
which the windows float (They in turn connect at the up).

Hey John, You're right, those train engines do steal the show. :) Nothing against the building, they're just some of the most amazing models I've seen. On the red building, I really like the round window above the entryway. I'll have to try that (...) (22 years ago, 15-Jun-02, to lugnet.build.arch, lugnet.trains)
