Scooterville: Marshal Heizan's Tower

I recently completed a Scooterville tower that houses Marshal Heizan and his
infamous Killers.  It's about 6ft. tall.  The only reason it stopped growing
was because I hit the cieling.  Enjoy.  LMKWYT.

(...) Cool! But why should something as inconsequential as a ceiling stop you?? Just cut a hole in it!! Incidentally, had the pleasure of seeing another Lego tower this weekend built by David Cook at our local meeting in Melbourne. Similar height. (...) (23 years ago, 26-Nov-01, to lugnet.build.arch)
