  Re: New house

My grandfather is an architect that studied under one of Frank Lloyd Wright assistants and he designed many churches, homes, and office buildings in my city.   Re: New house

(...) I like the house and all the interior detail. One comment I do have though is that when I first saw it (I was just scanning Brickshelf last night), my first impression was "Church". Frank (23 years ago, 18-Aug-01, to lugnet.build.arch)

  Re: New house

That looks great! The outside is very pleasing, and also architecturally interesting. The inside furniture is fantastic. I can never get myself to spend that much time on furniture. Brad Sarah Mather <matherette@hotmail.com> wrote in message (...) (23 years ago, 18-Aug-01, to lugnet.build.arch)

(...) Hi Eduardo, A challenge! I've been messing around with some ideas from the buildings of St. John's Newfoundland, my home city, which they say has much in common with Ireland in the 19th century; so I may have something under construction like (...)   Re: terrain in LDraw

Actually, I was hoping to incorporate .DEM files into LDraw. At first glance I thought your utility could do that. It does so, but it generates studs instead of just plain polygons. Now, I can do this just as easily by doing a search over at the (...) (23 years ago, 14-Aug-01, to lugnet.cad.dev, lugnet.build.arch)

Mike: (...) That may explain some of your problems. I have improved and modified the program a bit since then. (...) What did you expect? "Plain" non-brick landscapes in LDraw format? Or is the program just not your kind of user friendlyness? Jacob (23 years ago, 14-Aug-01, to lugnet.cad.dev, lugnet.build.arch)

Sorry. I guess you did include screenshots of completed files on your website. Sorry, I didn't recognize th *.png format.   Re: terrain in LDraw

Am I correct in assuming that the PGM -> DAT converter creates studs in the form of terrain? I saw the rendering of Falling Water and saw that the building was surrounded by lots of studs.
