  Re: Emerald Chapel

Thanks, I have a HUGE amount of trans-dark-blue. I'm still figuring out how I can use them. My previous trans-blue building can be seen here: It's a bit gaudy. Hmm - I never thought about exactly what was supposed to be happening with that implement. It is actually supposed to be a small staff (its a Star Wars lightsaber with a trans-green thingy on the end). I figured that he just waved it around and (...) Hi Ben, The other cathedral is from a completely different city called Aqua-Metropolis. It is an undersea town and can be found here: (URL) cathedral was my first attempt at a large church. It is big, but somewhat "kludgy" in my opinion. I did a (...) (24 years ago, 9-Mar-01, to lugnet.build, lugnet.build.arch, lugnet.town)

Ohh....looked at the interior shots, and also was quite intriqued with the baptistry (bathtub)....there is a tap (assuming water can be filled...) also the priest is holding a vial (a glass or something)...is that sacred oil or sacred coins he is (...) (...) Ahhh....that is very interesting...also the other cathedral looked very good but (IMO) not to functional in your city...lovely creation though... chapel by the sea.   Re: Emerald Chapel

Some people were asking where I got all those trans-green pieces: The large trans green corner at the back of my cathedral comes in 6199. This set has 2 of them. You may be able to find this for half price in the stores. I've also seen them on (...) (24 years ago, 9-Mar-01, to lugnet.build, lugnet.build.arch, lugnet.town)

(...) That is a great looking cathedral...loved the buttresses (support columns on the sides to help hold up the roof!!!) looked very life-like but also very creative at the same time... pretty nice scale too....and I liked how it meshed in with (...) (...) Oh ya, I forgot to mention that I LOVED the use of the bathtub. I have one myself and have never seen it used in anything outside of my collection. I got a real kick out of seeing it in your moc. Mark P (24 years ago, 8-Mar-01, to lugnet.build, lugnet.build.arch, lugnet.town)
