(...) Ahhh....that is very interesting...also the other cathedral looked very good but (IMO) not to functional in your city...lovely creation though... chapel by the sea.   Re: Emerald Chapel

Some people were asking where I got all those trans-green pieces: The large trans green corner at the back of my cathedral comes in 6199. This set has 2 of them. You may be able to find this for half price in the stores. I've also seen them on (...) (24 years ago, 9-Mar-01, to lugnet.build, lugnet.build.arch, lugnet.town)

That is a great looking cathedral...loved the buttresses (support columns on the sides to help hold up the roof!!!) looked very life-like but also very creative at the same time... pretty nice scale too....and I liked how it meshed in with (...) (...) Oh ya, I forgot to mention that I LOVED the use of the bathtub. I have one myself and have never seen it used in anything outside of my collection. I got a real kick out of seeing it in your moc. Mark P (24 years ago, 8-Mar-01, to lugnet.build, lugnet.build.arch, lugnet.town)

(...) WOW! I am really impressed. I love to see trans parts getting used! lol, I personally LOVE transparent parts, but have not really used them as a major part of anything yet. (...) You've done it again, what an exquisite structure. I probably would not have put trans-green and white together, but it works, and so do the chrome details. Thanks for the compliments. I actually had a bit of a hard time with this one. I started out trying to build a big cathedral, but realized I didn't have the bricks, so then I downsized, and downsized again. Then, I thought it would look cool right (...) That's Sebulba from the Star Wars pod-racing set. I had always thought of this as a useless part and was debating on throwing it out, but it makes a nice "gargoyle" statue for a building!
