  Share your dome!

Hi all, Building a realistic looking dome with LEGO elements is a real challenge. A dome is not only an egg-shaped half-shere, it often has additional structure like bands or windows. Am I the only one that wishes that TLG would never have retired their old stickered country flags? Such as this French one (from Clark Stephens): (URL) new "assembled" flags just don't do anything for me! Gary Istok (17 years ago, 26-May-07, to lugnet.build.arch, FTX)

Oh my goodness, I really like seeing your work, I am sorry I missed this. I didn't realize. I enjoyed seeing all the details and the way you used so many great parts. Clean design, very well thought out. Great work. - Eric (17 years ago, 9-May-07, to lugnet.build.arch, lugnet.build.schleim)
