  Re: MOC: Frauenkirche Dresden

(...) This kind of great work is one of the reasons I no longer make MOCs!! :-) Great detail work and quite the eye for details. I bet you would be able to make an awesome real life ship or plane at this rate. If it weren't for the real life people (...)   Re: MOC: Frauenkirche Dresden

(...) Wow. I am speachless. when one clicks on a link, unsure of if it is a reference shot, or the model. You know it is a job well done. The attention to detail is amazing, as is the multitude of different building styles. I am a fan of rendering (...) (18 years ago, 14-Sep-06, to lugnet.build.arch, lugnet.build.schleim, FTX)

Re: new moc: st. paul de vence

snip The model is spot on from start to finish. I loved the way you handled the walls. And running my fingers over the roof slopes was fun. As always so much is lost because of having only pictures. This is a beauty to walk around and peek at all (...) (18 years ago, 14-Sep-06, to lugnet.build.arch, FTX)

(...) ---snip--- (...) Wow! This is what I think of doing when I happen to pass a really nice castle or bridge, or when I see an airplane or som unusual or colorful heavy vehicle. I am stunned to see the result of this thought being executed to its (...) (18 years ago, 14-Sep-06, to lugnet.build.arch, lugnet.build.schleim, FTX)

(...) Amazing. Jaw droppingly, amazing. I am clicking along, studying every image, wondering what I am going to say in respose to your post. What clever thought or comment could I contribute? I continue clicking along . . . . and, then I see you did (...) (18 years ago, 14-Sep-06, to lugnet.build.arch, lugnet.build.schleim, FTX)

(...) Holger, where's the part in your message where you admit that you actually work for LEGO, and that you're responsible for some of the large structures in the various Minilands in the LEGOLAND theme parks around the world? :) -Bryan (18 years ago, 14-Sep-06, to lugnet.build.arch, lugnet.build.schleim, FTX)

  Re: MOC: Frauenkirche Dresden

Very nice model! When we visited Dresden in June 2004, the church was still under construction, but largely finished on the outside. There was actually a large Lego model of the Frauenkirche in one of the local department stores (Kaufhof? (...) (18 years ago, 14-Sep-06, to lugnet.build.arch, lugnet.build.schleim, FTX)

  Re: MOC: Frauenkirche Dresden

(...) Überraschen. Simply amazing. To say "well done" would be an understatement indeed! The quality of your work (and your character) are a true inspiration to me, HoMa. Thank you for giving us this marvelous MOC! I don't know what it is about (...) (18 years ago, 14-Sep-06, to lugnet.build.arch, lugnet.build.schleim, FTX)

  Re: MOC: Frauenkirche Dresden

That is an awsome MOC, a few times I couldn't tell the model from the real one in the Brickshelf thumbnail pictures. The detail work is wonderful! I would love to see it in person some day. jt (18 years ago, 14-Sep-06, to lugnet.build.arch, lugnet.build.schleim, FTX)
