Hello all, I hope this post is okay to go here. I came across what has to be one of my favorites builds a while back, and I can't seem to find it now. I believe it was on Brickshelf, but I'm not positive. The pictures I remember were of what looked (...) (19 years ago, 2-Jul-05, to lugnet.build.arch)
 
  House on the Oasis
 
I have finally finished something ;) Page 1: (URL) Page 2: (URL) 3: (URL) I saw the brochure for the house, I wanted to see what it would look like and also in LEGO ;) I loved the idea of so much surrounding water and the spaciousness of the house. Jeff: Wonderful little grill. Very inventive use of the white fence piece as the grate. Other great details are the hood using two low slope corner pieces and your use of four 1x2 dark gray tiles on each side to make it look like a tiled countertop. (...) (...) many thanks for the vote of confidence, but i'm afraid it would be impossible. except for a few store mocs for our layouts, all other mocs are destroyed to make way for the latest. sadly, i have neither enough bricks nor space to "house" them (...) (...) this floor was a result of norbert telling me i shouldn't keep the studded tan floor originally in place. i played with a variety of possibilities and i'm very pleased with the result but only wish i had (...)
