Good question. You're right, I don't have any of the new Harry Potter sets with
gray hoods--though I did just order a couple of those gray-hooded ghoul things
over Bricklink. So if we see the Gibeonites again, they will be better color
coordinated.

If only the Israelites hadn't been duped! We'd, um, have a lot more dead
Gibeonites on our hands. :)

Thanks. I liked how those turned out. Gotta keep those palace rooms
interesting!

I only regretted putting the kings in all-red when it came time to show them all
getting beheaded in the next story. The trans-red blood just doesn't stand out
from regular red all that well. Oh well.

Yeah, that photo cracks me up.
Poor Amorites. Yahweh doesn't fight very fair. :)

Just a matter or erasing out the LEGO supports. I tried to figure out a way to
not do it without Photoshoppery, but it just wouldn't have come out as nice.

Cool. I had liked the lighting in a cave scene of one of your LoTR stories, so
I was hoping for something as good as that. I did try to manipulate the light
(using baseplates to block out light!) until just enough was getting into the
cave.
> For some reason I'm not a huge fan of the stone in front of the cave.
Yeah, I thought it came out OK, but it's not stellar.

Heh, yeah, I wanted them to stand out a little from the rank and file soldiers.
But epaulets didn't seem appropriate. It was the first time the "commanders of
the army" had been mentioned, so I wanted something subtle--but believable that
these commanders had been present at previous battles without standing out too
much. I was happy that with the different-color-arms solution, ol' Caleb fit
right in as a commander with his yellow arms.

Or start with. Or have some in the middle. Or all three.
