Thanks for the nice words.
Yes the arms of Jesus are made with a little flex tube from a Technic Sub. the
idea was passed on to me by Rene Kok (whom Im very thankfull for this ;) )
(Oh the name of the picture has the name Brian in it, after the Monthy Python
Movie)
The gate itself was something I already had build for another project, as for a
reference to the gates architecture, any classical building will do, it has no
real model.
The temple is a Roman one, (not Greek !!) the positioning and number of columns
is different to a Greek temple. The whole idea came form a short trip to Rome
last year. You can still see the 2,100 year old temple (any tourist guide will
show you when you look for Portunus Temple) in Rome.
The orginal temple doesnt have much interieur left, so I kinda used pictures of
excavations in Pompeii and such for reference... its not to reality I guess,
but hey, it does the trick!
And Holger, yes, I am comming to Berlin, than you can see the world thats
beyond this gate ;) but thats a secret untill 1000steine land...
