Question about entry into this contest:
     (also e-mailed to info@shrinecontest.com <info@shrinecontest.com> )
Do both your electronic registration and photo/entry form/description
registration need to be received by the 15th to be considered for the bonus
$250.00 if chosen as a semi-finalist?  Or does the electronic registration count
as registration for this extra possibility?
I ask because I registered electronically on September 13th, very early in
the AM, about 3:00 AM; the site said my registration was confirmed, and I'd get
a follow-up e-mail in 24-48 hours (I haven't yet at 9:30 PM Monday).  I mailed
my paper registration materials late morning of the 13th through USPS Express
mail, guaranteed to arrive by Monday 3:00 PM; nobody accepted shipment at 11:29
AM today when delivery was attempted, so that part of the registration is now
outside the 15th time limit.
Not that I'm that good, but I had hoped to try for the bonus prize as well
as the grand prize.  So, what's the proper interpretation of this registration
process?
     Thank you for your time.

Peace and Long Life,
Tony Alexander
