Thanks, Jon. I suppose I risk being pedantic, but I’ll point out that the
Edomites have consistently been illustrated as “red” in The Brick Testament
ever since they first tried to block the Israelites from entering Canaan in the
book of Numbers.
I chose the NBA caucasian skin tone since it seemed like a plausible for the
offspring of
Esau
(who is red red) and his Israelite and Hittite wives. Of course, later I went
and switched the skin tone color I use for Hittites, so eventually I’ll have to
go back and re-illustrate Genesis for consistency’s sake.
