    Star Pool —Heather Patey
In another part of the garden a little ways from the Maze, at the Star Pool, we encounter a young couple in a romantic moment. (URL) Heather -- Heather Patey Pirate Wench / Brick Detective LUGNET Member #490 (23 years ago, 20-Jun-01, to lugnet.build)

(...) Heather, nice...the shape is cool, the fish are great, but that dolphin...he adds the icing to the cake. Awesome setup. Very awesome. -Chris (who, like Shiri, hates you again :-) (23 years ago, 20-Jun-01, to lugnet.build)

        Re: Star Pool —Shiri Dori
(...) I really like how you used the dolphin. The slopes are nice touches. I had already figured out how to make a kneeling man, but the sitting bride-to-be is a very nice design, which I'll be sure to copy... -Shiri (becoming a bigger fan of (...)         Re: Star Pool —Peter McLoone
Hmm... dangity, that is really good, in fact I'd go so far to say it's annoyingly good. And the whole Dolphin thing is really quite ingenious, I give thumbs up, this is a definite idea for those who like to build towns and then like to play out Soap (...)         Re: Star Pool —Brad Hamilton
Wow! I really like that. I've made several attempts at fountains/pools, but I've never been able to get something I'm happy with. Great Job! Heather Patey <hpatey@nfld.com> wrote in message news:GF7J2z.C37@lugnet.com... (...) Pool, (...) (23 years ago, 20-Jun-01, to lugnet.build)

        Re: Star Pool —George Haberberger
(...) Gee, that's so nice. It's good to see a more artistic object rendered in Lego. George (23 years ago, 20-Jun-01, to lugnet.build)

        Re: Star Pool —John Warren
(...) Wow. Great job. I love the star shape of the fountain. I have built several park fountains myself but this one tops them all. One question, what set did the dolphin come out of? I'll have to get me one of those since a shark wouldn't quite cut (...) (23 years ago, 21-Jun-01, to lugnet.build)

        Re: Star Pool —Heather Patey
(...) Thanks! I'd like to see what you've done along the same line. My dolphin came from <set:6414> Dolphin Point, but they occur in other Paradisa sets and Divers sets as well: <set:1815>, <set:1782>, <set:6441> and <set:6338> at least. Hope this (...)         Re: Star Pool —Frank Filz
(...) Unfortunately the trans light blue dolphin in 3117 Scala Flashy Pool and 4394 Dolphin Clock won't work because the hole in the bottom where a plate or brick could be attached is too small to fit over studs. The dolphin is also in the Belville (...) (23 years ago, 21-Jun-01, to lugnet.build)

        Re: Star Pool —Heather Patey
(...) Really! So there's no way to attach it to anything? That's strange, why wouldn't they just use the same mold? Is the rest of the piece the same as the grey one? (...) Thanks; I thought there may have been more but couldn't say in what. Cheers, (...) (23 years ago, 21-Jun-01, to lugnet.build)

        Re: Star Pool —John Warren
(...) Thanks for the input on what sets have the dolphin. I actually own a few of those diver sets but I swear I have never noticed the dolphin. I guess that's because I assumed they were a worthless piece. I'm gonna go rumage though my legos (...) (23 years ago, 22-Jun-01, to lugnet.build)
