The charter says:
lugnet.build Good old-fashioned building discussions: creations, modeling
ideas and techniques, tips & tricks, insights, custom modifications,
challenges, element info/opinions, etc.
Says right there in the charter you can post creations, and I often get
questions or suggestions regarding the construction of my MOCs.
If we're going to segregate the mecha into lugnet.build.mecha, then I could
propose that all the houses and skyscrapers and such post only to .town,
since that's the newsgroup for town-based MOCs.
However, since the charter includes "creations" It's all good. :^)

| (...) I don't think there's anything wrong with announcing MOC's of all types, but please set the followup to the .mecha group. And I think the same would apply to any other genre that has a subgroup of lugnet.build, including .town. --Bill. (24 years ago, 18-Apr-01, to lugnet.build)
