I was just looking at the MegaBlok Pokemon things today at a KB outlet
store. They had Charizard and Pikachu. The sets formed pictures that were
sort of 2D and 3D combined, like a picture with some parts protruding. I
was tempted to buy one of them (they were pretty cheap) just to copy the
plans. One cool part about the mosaics is the frame they are built in. It
looked like a baseplate with a molded frame around the edges.
While looking at them, I was thinking it would be nice if LEGO released a
few mosaic or picture sets. (The mosaic maker thing on S@H just doesn't cut
it for me.)
