Hi,

There was a discussion a while back regarding accurate colors with the LEGO
CAD utilities.  The default colors that they come with aren't quite right.
Someone had an include file that provided the "true" RGB colors of LEGO
bricks.  I don't know what message this was or who authored it but I think
it was in lugnet.cad.ray.  You could search that newsgroup for "color" and
"colors."

I hope that helps,

Brad

Greetings all,
I'm in the process of reassembling my assortment of vintage lego sets. • Some
of them did not do well being stored in the attic of my parents' home and • have
discolored.  Other didn't survive my childhood unscathed.

I am trying to find a color reference so I can touch up some of the • pieces
that have either discolored or have scratched up lithos.

I am looking for either a brand/color for paints or a Pantone(tm) color
reference for the following

light gray (baseplates, bricks, etc. from classic space)
red
blue (classic)

I would be very grateful if anyone with this information could post it to • the
news group and reply to me directly as well.

Thanks in advance,
  Matt
