Nope, in 2 years, not ONE piece has gone missing.

That's easy - IF I favor the new model over the old, I drive into work and
get the piece, as I only live 3 miles from work ;-) However, I've only done
this ONCE so far - I'll usually just use another color as a reminder, then
put the piece I need up on my Wants page ( http://www.vfaq.com/LEGO/wants/
), and I can USUALLY get the piece relatively quickly (though the yellow
Technic steering knuckle arm hasn't been offered by anyone yet, probably
because it is in one lame Cyber Strikers set,

trade 2 black for one yellow if anyone wants to get rid of theirs, but not
"ruin" their set!).
