It's a little trick.
There's a little 1x4 with two lights on it.
Remove the red gels from the lights.
Get two chrome 2x2 headlight pieces: like this:

Mine came from 6199 Hydro Crystallation Station
Stick 'em on the lights. It makes them unbelieveably bright.
