I think it's the best use for BURPS that I've seen in a long time. I think this must be what happend to all the arcologies that I launched playing SimCity years ago. Actually, that one I could use as well. I started creating my train station as a top-level folder, but now its part of a city, so I want to move it under the city folder, but can't. Neato! I like this - this I can do! You should allow for nanofig space bases on the GS site since to do a really good city in space it would have to be nano fig I would think.
