Hi Guys,

Brian Stokes is one of our local Los Angeles LEGO fanatics, but he hasn't
yet activated his LUGNET account (its in the mail!)

We took some pics yesterday of his MASSIVE MTT and modified ATT.

You can check them out here:

The AAT is pretty sweet, though nowhere near as impressive as the MTT.
When I first saw it I thought: "YOWZA!  That thing is 'freakin huge!'"
It's awesome.  It's too bad brown is so hard to come by... I'd love to see
that modeled in brown.

The Battle Droid delivery system is ingenious...  I love how it utilizes the
stud on the Battle Droid's back AND has room for the Battle Droid's gun!
I've actually come up with a new Battle Droid delivery system myself...
though it's not nearly as cool as that one, it's better than Lego's as it
does more closely resemble the system used in the movie.  I hope to have
pictures of it up on Brickshelf sometime tomorrow.

Again, WOW!  I'm stunned at the sheer size of the model, not to mention the
design.  Very cool...

Brian also commented how he wanted to build this in brown, but was unable given the difficulty in obtaining brown bricks.
