I am working on building a few 1920's Movie Palaces, and these letters would be great for using on a large marquee. Let me know if you're interested. Gary Istok

Hmmm. I have an old set of letters and numbers (incomplete now) that were stamped on the sides of white 1x1 elements. I understand about the need for a "pure" LEGO solution, but it's amazing what a bit of Letraset or even an inkjet printer on sticky (...) (26 years ago, 1-Feb-99, to lugnet.build, lugnet.general, lugnet.market.buy-sell-trade)

(...) Man, I dunno. These are HUGE. 4 studs is almost the height of a minifig! They may be OK for things like theatre names going vertically or company names on the top of buildings, but at minifig scale, I don't see them as suited for much else, (...)
