Depends on how hard you work at it. The finalist in <insert name of
building contest> made a *huge* carousel, with the canopy made of red
roof bricks. Very cool. There's a picture in the 1999 retail catalog
that I got from CA last week.
It's not a dome, but it should give good ideas.
