(...) Once again quite an excellent performance by Mr. Harshberger. An outstanding job, even if the subject is more, er, prosaic than the Mona Lisa. Two questions I have is one: was this done for a commission or for personal enjoyment; and two:how (...) (23 years ago, 9-Jan-01, to lugnet.build)

Cowabunga, dude! Inspiring as ever, Eric. One design solution which interested me: why did you decide to "step" the skateboard instead of making it straight and hinging it in? Thanks for posting! -John (...) (23 years ago, 9-Jan-01, to lugnet.build)

(...) Hard to find the superlatives to describe your model, since we all know there will be certainly a bigger, more impressing sculpture in a short while again. I'm speachless about your productivity! Leg Godt! Ben (23 years ago, 9-Jan-01, to lugnet.build)

  Re: Bart Simpson, LEGO sculpture

Eric, Great work as always. I did want to point out that my son has a Bart toy and the spikes on the head cover the entire head and not just the outside of his head. Of course it's hard to tell this from a 2D picture. When we coming down for the (...) (23 years ago, 9-Jan-01, to lugnet.build)

  Re: Bart Simpson, LEGO sculpture

I have to ask these three questions after seeing you Bart Simpson sculpture: -What is the approximate piece count? -What would you value this piece to be if you were to sell it? -Is there any chance we will see this piece up for auction on eBay? I (...) (23 years ago, 10-Jan-01, to lugnet.build)

Re: Bart Simpson, LEGO sculpture, now if only Lego made Simpson minifigs...

(...) Cool, dude! I always thought it would be hilarious if Lego made some Simpsons Lego minifigs (kind of like what they did with Mickey Mouse) seeing as how they both have yellow skin and all. (23 years ago, 11-Jan-01, to lugnet.build)
