A couple people requested a more accurate color scheme for my St Marks Cathedral model. I went back and looked at my photos and the real building, is, in fact, quite colorful. Yes - I think the reason I missed the color originally is that its pretty faded on the real building. Also, the colors are blended. Nonsense! Build it full scale! :) That ought to bring out the true beauty of the building! Be sure to provide for the accompanying piazza so we can get the correct viewing angles ;) Build On! (...) If you don't like the colors, you might try hacking the model files to change the color values. There's a 0 COLOR meta-statement, which allows you to assign any RGB value to any color-code.
