Clear bulk needs 1x2x3 too

Trying to incorporate gobs of clear 1x4x3 windows into some buildings. They
were designed when all I had were lt.blue 4561 style panes, which had the
advantage of coming in 2x and 4x wide. Now that clear is here there is a
definite population imbalance in favor of the 4x. I find it helps to double the
size of my buildings so that no 2x are required anymore...
At least they're not kept *small* by the scarcity of the windows.
