New look and new LDraw file at Sixby Fire Tech

I have changed the Sixby Fire Tech site a bit. I have grouped the
apparatus according to their type to streamline the main page. I have
also created a section called - About Sixby Fire Tech, that now
contains the Firefighting Terms, LDraw instructions and other misc
stuff. Hopefully the main page will be a bit easier to navigate.
Just as a side note, I have completed the Vision Pumper LDraw plans,
including adding to it, its deck gun and lights. I have also added
LDraw plans for the Vision Quint, this rig too is complete with lights
and even the modified ladder. I have finally gotten the hang of LDraw,
the Quint took about an hour to do.

Please, if you visit the site, let me know what you think about the
new look. I've got the old site saved as a backup in case the new site
is just stupid looking.
