Yes, but that only works when the pump already has water in it. I was trying
to build a pump that could suck up water with one hose, and squirt it out
another. I managed to do something involving a pnematic switch, but I forget
exactly how. I am trying to build a well for a small medieval town scene, with
peasants filling their buckets with water. I'm not getting very far, since I
can't build the town until I get the tubing inside the ramp-and-pit plate and
cover it up.
