Interestingly enough, it is (was) one of my strongest buildings!

In fact, I constructed the entire tower on its side and then attached it to
the white base.

The windows actually plug into the base plate on each floor at 90 degree
angles making each floor fairly strong against tortional forced.

The white technic beams up either side further help to keep the tower stiff
and pull the floors together.

I actually had a bit of a hard time pulling this one apart.
