There is one problem shared by the tank and the flier; they both use about a
gajillion parts. *smirk*
*smile* The first time I saw your marines, Sproaticus, I thought "Oooh! He
stole my idea!" But I think it's just a case of GMTA. I want to make the guys
all dark grey, but I don't know how many more of those City construction sets
I can stand to buy for only the hands on the 'figs.
I forgot to take pictures of the marines with their shields 'turned on'...
they get various trans-whatever-happens-not-to-be-used-elsewhere radar dishes
attached to increase the coverage area.
And for everyone out there who wants to know the names of the things... they
are:
Tank: GAV-23.p ground assault platform
armed with 2 Mk 117 Recoilless Rifles, 3 turret mounted Mk 204 heavy
plasma rifles, and 2 Mk 105 SLAR packages. Plus the optional Urban
Assault Armor
Flier: TAA-17.m air support platform
armed with 2 Mk 116 Recoilless Rifles, 2 Mk 201 medium plasma rifles
and 2 Mk 171 Gatling rocket launchers.
Mecha: BORT-3.c anthroform assault platform
armed with 1 Mk 202 Heavy Plasma Cannon, 4 Mk 91 short-range rockets
and 4 Mk 95 ground-to-air rockets.
