To me, it looks a lot more like an autogyro that a VTOL (an autogyro is a
top-rotored aircraft with a exterior engines that don't power the rotors and no
tail rotor that can't hover and takes off like a plane. If I confuse anyone,

| (...) counter the torque of the main rotor. This design is (I believe) more popular among Russian designs than any others. Popular helicopter rotor systems include a primary rotor with a tail rotor, two primary rotors on opposite sides of the VTOL (...) (25 years ago, 24-May-00, to lugnet.build)
