Machines handle garbage. The world processes so much garbage that we have
thousands of mechanical inventions to handle it. These machines can give us
LEGO building ideas. Perhaps, clever LEGO builders can improve these machines.
An excellent video titled "Garbage Day" demonstrates many of these machines:
intricately articulated claw arms grabbing roadside garbage cans,
compactors, dumpster trucks, roll-on trucks, recycling loaders, conveyors,
separators, and landfill machines.
You will probably find "Garbage Day" only in a public library in the
Juvenile Instructional Video section. Let me know if you want the publisher
/ producer information.
