TELL me about it. I built the Hot Rod version of 8448 last night (from printed
directions off of the Lego site - http://www.lego.com/advanced/m0p0.asp - this is
a login area that Dan Jezek mentioned off of
http://www.lego.com/advanced/supercar.asp where you enter in the lic plate # from
the car to enter - it does NOT work on my work computers, but works at home just
fine - same version of Communicator, both on NT4SP4 - go figure. So note that you
ARE supposed to be able to get to this URL, so I'm doing nothing wrong by posting
it for those people that it does not work for). I only dumped boxes 6-8 out at
once to work on the body/interior, and I did it into 4 different yellow trays from
other Technic sets, and finding parts was so much slower!
When I built the main gullwing model from my first 8448, I opened a box at a time
and sorted them before building. I didn't want to spend HOURS looking for parts
like I did on my first 8880 ;-)
