Q: Pieces/Sets Indentification

Hello,
My mother picked up an unbelievable haul of Lego at a garage sale. She paid
$30 for, so far, what seems to be at least $450 worth of Lego. Some of the
sets were already built, but many were only partially built or not built at
all. I'm in the process of trying to identify what I have (no instructions
came with the haul) and I've run across some varied pieces that I can't
match with any sets. Here's what they are:
Spiral Staircase - black, #2046
9V Battery Box - white labeled with black & white "POLICE", #4761
Panel 6 x 6 x 9 w/Curved Top - transparent blue, #2572
These pieces are part of a partially built pirate(?) ship:
Castle Turret Top - blue, #6066
Boat Base 6 x 6 - black #2626
Boat Bow Plate 6 x 7 - red
Any help would be greatly appreciated!
