Lego Shop-at-Home still has the #8250 Search Sub for $25 (previously $50).
The set includes one blue air tank, a large pump, and other pneumatic
parts. It also includes 9 or 10 16-stud beams and other useful Technic
parts. A good Technic value at 7 cents/piece.
