Hi Folks,

I have a couple of structures (bridge and pier) which will rest on LEGO
pilars. These pilars will be submerged underwater for "periods" time. These
creations will be displayed in a specilazed table/module I'm building for
one of our upcoming shows here at the PNLTC.

Just wondering out of curiosity, if anyone has ever left LEGO bricks
underwater for long periods of time (i.e. Building "entertaiment" mazes for
you pet fish bowl)? Side effect, if any, on the bricks?

I left a structure made of gray bricks in an aquarium for some months
with no apparent effect other than some crud which came off with dish
detergent and a toothbrush.

BTW, the application I'm doing is with fresh water. If you have done it with
salt water, I want to hear it too!
