Couldn't find an "install program" of any kind (setup.* install.*, nothing), mainly just a lot of other .exe files and some (...) (26 years ago, 14-Oct-98, to lugnet.build)

I'd like to delete all the rest if all I need is convert.exe, but I don't have the time to remove a file at a time until something breaks. Right now, it works, but that's an awful lot of (...)
