cylinder walls?

Oh yes, they are. I used a substituon for one of these 1x2-bricks: 3 plates
2x10, 2x6 and 2x1. The long plates are forming the stairs, with tiles on top.
All stairs are built this way. On the inside the stairs are 1 stud deep (the
other stud is covered by the next stair), on the outside the stair has a depth
of 2 studs. On the outer side, the stairs are locked in the same way. This
results in a stair of 14 studs length with 12 studs (with tiles) visible.
I hope, you can understand what I mean..... English is not my first language.
